At EIINFI, customer satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Certain items such as personal care, beauty, or hygiene products, may not be eligible for refund due to safety reasons.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
MLM-related joining fees, activation charges, or subscription fees are non-refundable.
